SmartMode LTD is a group of consultants and accounting professionals with unconventional talents and diverse backgrounds based in UK and abroad. We are able to speak 3 languages at a time - programming, business and accounting thus uniquely allowing us to understand, develop and deliver any project on time and to the exact requirement. Although we are comfortable with commercial business systems implementations, the core activity lays with the open source and custom business applications, so this makes our deliverables even more competitive compared to the conventional competition, yet always exceeding the expectations of all stakeholders - managers, users and accountants. 

The combined experience and skill-set allows us to be flexible - we are not tied up to any programming language or specific package, comfortably developing applications using PHP/ASP/Java/Python/C++, MySQL/PostgreSQL/MS SQL database engines, pre-existing frameworks such as DOTNET, EXT JS, Zend, Ruby-on-Rails, Django, OpenObject etc. All this is complemented by our exposure to different business and accounting  environments - from high-tech to charities, from petrol trading to clean solar energy. Purely from the accounting point of view, our comfort zone is with IFRS-reporting entities, yet we are fully aware of the differences to local GAAP of various countries, including ones that use prescriptive accounting regulations.
